Күн бұрын‘The Race’ had exclusive access inside the garage of 2009 F1 world Champion, Jenson Button’s Race team; Jenson Team Rocket RJN, for the British GT finale at the Silverstone 500. Button was making his GT3 and British GT debut in the #3 car, while James Baldwin and Micheal O’Brien were attempting to win the championship in the sister #2 Car.
Unbelievably, Baldwin, the winner of World’s Fastest Gamer was battling for the championship in his debut racing season. The final race of the what would turn out to be a the rollercoaster of a race and emotions. Follow all the action from inside the garage and on-track here.

At the end of the day, championship or no championship, this has been one of the best stories in motorsport for quite some time. It has been extremely interesting and emotional just following.

The story of James Baldwin makes me think just how many thousands of sim racers could probably be real life drivers but they don't have a rich family to make it possible.

I don't think he's rich, I read an article which said he gave up kart racing at 16 due to a lack of funds.

I think they would have had Silverstone in the bag if they hadn't messed up with the strategy. Not pitting early like Collard lost them too much time. What's for sure is they will be a force to reckoned with next season.

They need to stop adding DRS and all the other nonsense that plagued F1 into the GT3 series..... There's a reason people have lost interest in F1 and switched to enjoying GT3/GT4 racing... Now you want to bring those same problems from F1 into this?? No no no no, stay away!!!

@@jorhop4005 Jenson was mentioning how GT3 is introducing new tech like DRS and things. I'm not saying they have already, I'm paranoid that they might if what he was saying is correct.

@@enigmaPL he said throughout his F1 career, he enjoyed learning new tec like TC, KERS and DRS that came with the different regulations. He wasn’t saying a GT3 has them.
