What if Romero gets in DM and we start playing Dragusin alongside VDV?..., that would mean lesser goals conceded, Dragusin is a whole wall, plus Romero has that outstanding defensive ability as well as pinpoint passing ability for DM We can't keep benching Dragusin, he's quality

Romero doesn't move fast enough for a DM. Often times you will see him pausing before making a pass. He is very good as a CB but there's a reason why he doesn't play in midfield.

Hummels is a non-starter. He is really to slow for Dortmund and Ange's system is much more demanding. Otherwise he is a wonderful player, a leader but I amafraid that he doesn't fit the system.

I'd much rather Spurs bought in 3 or 4 high-quality players who can compete for a first team spot, than 5 or 6 players on the level of KWP. Why stink the club out with yet more future deadwood ?

Agreed. Would rather get 3 players that can improve our starting XI than 6 depth signings. Unfortunately our track record is signing "value signings" so I'm not too optimistic

@@accordblaze spot on. we've already got decent players. it's the lack of depth and competition for places that messed our season up. we need players who are just as good, or even better than the players we have now so that we can rotate the team without dropping in quality. bringing in 6-7 players who are just 'average' won't improve us at all seeing the quality we already have in our starting 11.

Spur's should play Romero in the Eric Dier role and put Dragusin at centre half alongside Van der Ven. Romero would be happy being allowed to go forward

Romero has never played a DM while Eric Dier started as one, that's the difference. Nothing guarantees he can play here, life is not FIFA, as a CDM you need much more than tackles and "decent" passing. Just sign an actual DM who's main position is that if we want to get a new one.

Why the hell do I so many link withs CBs? We have three very good defenders in that position, with Davies who does the job when we neef him! We should focus on a Midfielder and an Attacker

Spot on. No need to spend money on backups. Davies is more than good enough 4th choice CB. Played very well when backing up at LCB

Only way Hummels would work is if we have three at the back and even then .. just no. We should reserve the playing time for Dragusin & whoever is the 4th choice defender. We can have an experienced defender at Left back/right back with good stamina if we want more experience to compete with Udogie/Porro. Also before we sell Rodon, we have a 4th choice CB who is very decent.

No on Hummels. At 35, he doesn't have the pace needed to play CB in Ange's system. Might as well have kept Dier if we're going to sign someone like this.

Hummel were not suited with Ange style of football . Other things were he didn't have the phase of Usin Bolt & the phase of Premier League's robusts , phydicals , fasts , phase & more challanging football to compares with his ability , age , strengths & Stemina . He would be struggling to adapts with the fasts , slicked , demandings & strong challanged of football games styles & systems . Hummel would be very uncomfortables & will be fumings..

• Romero will be Mr. Tottenham & one of the best captains that we will ever have in years to come. • 25-40m for Hojbjerg i'll take but personally I wouldn't let him go to any small team. • Hummels for 2 years I would take, doesn't need to start but he brings a lot of experience & leadership. It gives Dorrington, Phillips & Vuskovic time to grow. 100% bring him in. • Guehi should 100% be at Spurs only if Romero leaves which he won't. Also we have VDV, Romero & Dragusin. • Torres is 23 & honestly I kinda like him but never a player I ever think about. Would I take him? Yes but is he close to my top choice? No.

KWP is good businesses, suites the system and we need CLUB grown talent right now more than we need home grown. Especially if skipp is out the door, people saying blah blah about hes not good enough, he suites our playstyle and fixes a major issue. He would be the only subpar signing we make. Im all for KWP and i dont even rate the player.

If Branthwaite is Man u bound , cannot see Palace selling all their main assets ? The derogatory offer for Hojbjerg and an offer for a player that Dier can run circles around ? 72 days left of Levy time, and already feels like some charity case, rather than a wealthy club ,looking to properly strengthen and progress ? News of getting Vanderson , Calafiori , Gallagher ,Eze AND a striker is a big window , but again makes big PL ready question marks? If Ange cannot get 5 PL key players in and surplus players out with good deals ,to ensure 2 player rotation of each position then going to struggle ?
