Here is how you can weave patterns with a rigid heddle. I decided to make myself a cool new camera strap using a very old Finnish pattern. You can make your own belt or a camera strap using the pattern on the video. You can also download the pattern from my blog at withmyhandsdream.com

This was really interesting. I have inherited that kind of heddle and thought I would make a band at some point, but haven't yet. This was really useful to see the concept of it in use, making me more inclined to pick it up at some point when I have some grasps of what to do with it.
