I have to give you both credit for seeing out the season with your life long passion for Utd still in tact. As an LFC fan I have enjoyed the honest analysis (sometimes blinkered regarding the Manager) but always hopeful of better days ahead. Let's hope things turn around for you next season. It's so sad that we have to praise a player for giving a 100% effort now days! I believe that any player who is suspected of not giving a 100% should be sold! Having a bad game is forgivable but not lack of effort! And us fans know who they are.

Fulham defeat was the defining moment for the season. The rest was insulting to the injury

De Gea struggled in his first season at United and ended up being rotated. Totally agree the defence havnt helped Onana.

What a terrible season this has been. They have really let us all down. An FA cup win won't fix that but it would definitely be something we can celebrate and hope for massive improvement next season.

I love the calm approach, we've spent the last 10 years trying quick fixes.

As long as the Glazers are the owners: FORGET ABOUT ANY PROGRESS. The real culprits are The FA and the Government, for allowing the Glazers to buy the club on borrowed money and the proceeds from the club to pay the loans back including Interest. Absolutely crazy.

it was, as Tony says, a 'yoo-miliating season'. But the emergence of Mainoo, the goal of the decade from Garnacho and Amad making the scousers cry will be long remembered.

the biggest thing that stands out to me this season is the games we won that we had no business getting all 3 points. from the first game of the season where wolves were the much better side and the pgmol had to apologize after the game for not giving the onana penalty, to the late bruno worldly against burnley that we were awful in, mctominay scoring twice in stoppage time against sheffield, the list goes on and on. this season was bad, and it could have EASILY been much worse. how many games did we win this season and after you went, alright ill have a bit more of that, not many

Utd always looked vulnerable this season

I want a complete clear out at least 13 players. We need a leader on the pitch critical for next season haven't had for over 10 years. A captain is a must and yes defence , midfield , strikers.

Great show. Just going to put it out there. Did that ridiculously long pre season tour knacker it all up? I watched them on MUTV and I thought the players were dead against them in interviews.

I’ve only once in my life hoped that United would lose, and that was against Coventry, because I wanted it out there that these players are a disgrace as well as the manager. We won’t beat City so another losers medal helps no one! The players and the manager are a disgrace to this club!

Injuries are just excuses. Ten hagg is to blame. He could've set up the team shape better, and I looked at how we played New Castle he chose to play Anthony at times, and Amad was available. What's worrying he's stubborn and sticks with his favorites and leaves out talen.

Will never forgive the players, coaching staff, and most of all the Glazer's, for the humiliation they've put the club through this season. To the outside world always fiercely defend us, but in private and amongst our own I can't hide my disgust

The one positive has been beginning of the rise of the young lads, mainoo, garnacho, rasmus and to a lesser extent Amad and big Willy. There is some real gems in that academy coming through also. I’ll give ETH one thing, he isn’t scared to put faith in the youth

I’m pretty sure with Dalot,Varane,Martinez and Shaw fit we would have walked the top 4.Key points early in the season like arsenal away,thought we controlled that game,Garnacho scores 87 minutes and it’s a great away win,still not convinced he was offside.Spurs away when Romero handles a goal bound shot but no penalty and no red card?Just one of those seasons where everything that could have gone wrong did go wrong.Still got to another cup final tho 👌

Said this in a past post,,, Onana needs to learn to move his feet when goalkeeping. He dives when his feet are planted

I would take conference league it’s revenue, it’s been a poor season for us injuries have been crippling but also players like rashford and Anthony and Casemiro along with erikson have not helped,beat city next week and salvage our season come on you reds

We’ve had bad seasons but this the worst I’ve seen since I started supporting Manchester United in 1991, it’s been an injury plagued season, but the truth of the fact is if someone told me 4-1-4-1 worked book me please for an eye test, didn’t see any style of play. Only positives are the emergence of Kobbie, Garnacho, they’ve had to watch and play with senior players who usually showed their true colours setting a bad example for them, we need a new set of players with a clear out over the next seasons. Embarrassing from such highly paid players 😢😢😢😢😢

From a neutral perspective point of view. Look at Arsenal last season they were 8 points ahead and then collapsed in the last 6 weeks of the season but this season they've been outstanding I know we can't as Man Utd compare to Arsenal but they've had bang average poor season. They will most likely they will win at home to Everton 3-0. 89 points and maybe not win the league but in football anything can happen. As for Manchester City well they just go better every year when it comes to winning crucial games. They will maybe win 4 premier league titles in a row which has never happend. Even in back in the days. The FA Cup Final they could win the Double in a season when they haven't been as clinical as they usually be. But that's not the point. The mindset should be is play for some pride and get a decent result against Brighton where at the Amex we have a bad record we haven't won there since 2020 which was 4 years ago. Brighton have beaten Man Utd in 2017/18 1-0 2018/19 3-2 then 3-0 win in 2019/20 3-2 2020/21. Lost 4-0 in 2021/22 and 1-0 loss 2022/23. Man Utd aren't winning anything next season they have to get players who are not worthy playing for the club. 2024/25 predictions Man City, Arsenal, Liverpool will compete again for the league 100% Top 4 it will be Tottenham, Newcastle and Aston Villa maybe even Chelsea if they get their act together.

Poor game management all season. Poor fitness levels all season. Hopefully with new players for the new season we will improve.

Ten Hag's tactics don't fill me with confidence but the potential replacements don't either, maybe best to give him another transfer window to clear out the deadwood hopefully get in some good replacements.

Rashford is part of the players who gave up in January already , he really disappointed me this season

I don't rule out top 4 but depends on the summer activity. as bad as we were this season spurs and villa gave us a lot of chances to get in the race but we were so abysmal we couldn't string 2 games together . Still think there's a decision to be made on ten hag, he's not blameless he has made big mistakes tactically and INEOS have decide whether to risk derailing next season potentially if they keep him and nothing improves

We won games that we weren't supposed to win , and then we lost games that we were supposed to win

A decade of neglect, incompetence and greed was always going to bite back eventually. All we can hope is that this season has been the nadir of it all. The fanfare around the deck chairs getting shuffled is loud but the true captains of the ship remain the same.

The season 2023/24 is coming to an end and can't believe there's a FA Cup Final coming too next week. Overall this season has been very poor yes injures and lack of goals scored and silly and stupid goals conceded has cost us big time. But the start of the season was very lucky. But the worse home loss was 0-3 to Bournemouth and losing at West Ham 0-2 and also 1-2 Nottm Forest in December 2023 was the worse month all season and 14 defeats is unacceptable and 8th place is the worse. But start of 2024 was ok. But since losing 1-2 at home to Fulham was where truly season over. Since then we've only won 2 games since after that day. Brentford, Chelsea, along with a 2-2 draw to Liverpool and Bournemouth week later was poor too. Burnley was poor. I mean it's so bad you can say most of the season has been so disasterous. I don't know who and what will turn up against Man City in the FA Cup Final. How can we look ahead to that. Man City are rolling team even though they didn't play that well at Tottenham and still win 2-0 at the end. It just shows there's mental strength takes a toll.

I have zero confidence in the ownership

Fully fit team we get top 4 no worries people think injuries don't affect your season no cbs no lb 14 different back 4 and playing c team all season 8 players need to go before united can even think of getting back on track you can sign the best players in the world but it won't change anything because of all the dead wood we have🎉🎉

I fear big players will think twice if they will join United. United is rebuilding and you do not know how many years the rebuilding will take. At least 3 years probably. Big players want to play on the highest level right away.

Since I've supported United from the age of 5, this season has been by far the worst. There's so many players in the squad, that do not deserve to be employed by United. I'd definitely get rid of spaghetti legs Rashford, cart horse Maguire, runs up his own aree Antony, injury prone Shaw, spaghetti legs Wan Bissacka, clumsy Onana & useless Martial. I'd like to see Sancho come back & he hopefully does the business on the pitch like he did before he came to United. Now what he's doing for Dortmund in the champions league final. Hopefully we get the transfer business done asap so we don't get the leftovers. 🤞🏼

Have to disagree about Onana. David De Gea used to play behind the same defence and didn't concede half as many. Those 2 free kicks at Galatasaray, by Ziyech, was Infant School goalkeeping. He was responsible for getting us knocked out of the Champions League! Worst keeper we have ever had. De Gea saved us lots of points every season, whereas this guy loses us points. We should get rid and buy Ramsdale.

off topic but i wanna say it, i believe its about legacy, when you look at profits, ineos pay for SJRs life. So you wanna convince me that bringing success back to united is what he wants his legacy to be and you say it with great fanfare but if you think about it, what your saying is he wants a legacy akin to martin edwards, bit underwhelming to me that for britain's richest man.

Eric Ten Defeats chooses players based on favouritism and fixed thinking and not on merit. It’s been one of several fundamental issues this season.

Sir Jim & his boys will have us back at the top in 3 years SJ is an old man and wants to see results quickly. A lot of the players we have are only bothered about the 💰 and couldn't give a toss about the history of our great club. The Ineos team will get the right players, who buy into the DNA of our club

Good news is United have hope with Ratcliffe and Ineos running the football side of the club. However after a 3rd place finish last season and a summer spend of 200 million United hoped to improve and this season, by September,after that home loss to Palace, it was clear United were a mess. No style of play, poorly coached, that was before the injuries. At that time I said Ten Haag should be fired. This season could have been very different! Now I hope Ten Haag, keeps with the same starting XI that started at home to Newcastle for the next 2 games, with Martinez replacing Casimero. In the summer United do need a new manager (Ange?) and a new goal keeper. Some more of the U18 players must be given their chance.

To much doom and gloom look from January drew with spurs bear villa beat and drew with Liverpool beat Newcastle competed with arsenal with all them injuries beat villa and Chelsea at home when we have near to are full squad fit we are a match for anyone this season and last season proved am more confident this season going into the final than last season we have a proper center forward a better granacho amad mainoo we have proven we are capable off scoring goals anywhere in this 2nd half the season it's not as bad as it looks a few tweaks he and there and keeping players fit we will be back in top 3 next season
