Hey Tom, it’s your brother from an Australian mother here mate, thanks for the vid, I’m a smoker hoarder a bit like yourself, I have a GA Weber too but have never used it, bought all the accessories such as the high rise and heat deflectors, I’d love to see more of what you could do with it, cheers legend

Another super simple, knock it out of the park weekday recipe! While you were rubbing elbows with the Weber brass, I hope you lobbied on behalf of all of us for them to start making that table again.

Those are big chicken legs Tom! Look delicious too! I wish Weber still made that table. Should have put a bug in someone's ear when you toured their facility. I like chicken legs grilled directly over the coals so the grease drips and flares up. Yes, I use B&B also. Nothing is better! Cheers Tom and thanks for sharing.

Tom, love my go anywhere. If you haven't seen it Mike from OffGridYo on youtube made some mods to fit all the tools, etc inside the grill for travel. I followed his methods including using a bread pan as the fire box and can do multi hour cooks on very little fuel.

@@TomHorsmanAmateurBBQ Tom, I found one of those tables on line and the guy wanted $500 plus shipping…..a bit excessive I must say!!!! I hope Weber reintroduces it!

I'd pay top dollar for that table, what a great thing that would be. The Jumbo Joe needs a bit of help staying put!

I saw someone butterfly chicken legs before grilling them. They claim that because there is more surface area, they cook faster and have more flavor.
