It might be useful to also mention dentures when speaking of the biofilms in the body so people that have then will be more aware of the importance of cleaning them effectively.

Great talk, and explanation. They probably need to go back to more traditional herbal concoctions. Interestingly xylitol is quite good at breaking biofilms in mouth, of strep. So there will be a simple solution, just an insurmountable amount of testing to find it. If they can already use enzymes, plaque on teeth should be a simple fix by now, using that method.
