I need to generate a discount coupon for reservations, in addition to the expiration of the coupon, I need it to be valid to reserve until certain days, not the whole year. For example, the coupon must be valid to reserve until October 15, the current problem is that the validity that I put on the coupon is the same, October 15, and it is allowing reseervations after October 15.

Can we create a page where we can show all the coupons available with styles like (shown in 4:17) and options to copy them(Just as a coupon site) ?

Hi, You can use the [wt_sc_user_available_coupons] shortcode to display all available coupons on a single page. The coupons available to a user will be displayed, including the ones assigned/bought and all publically available coupons.

Hi, I have a very specific question. I want to create a discount that is calculated based on the total amount a customer spends. For example, if a customer makes a €10 purchase, they will receive a coupon worth 25% of that purchase value, which would be €2.5, to use for a future purchase. Is this possible?o

Hi, Unfortunately, it is not possible to provide discounts based on the total amount of the past order. You can, however, use the Purchase history feature of the plugin to provide a 25% off on the next purchase. That is if the buyer complete a purchase they will be eligible for a 25% discount coupon. They can use it on their next purchase and the 25% of that order will be deducted.

We use nth (n=3) order coupons,however, the 3 purchases must be made within a 90 day period. So any aged purchases are taken out of the account to qualify for a coupon. Can this functionality be added?

hOW CAN I CREATE tier BASED DISC? like Shop $ 100 get 5%, shop $ 200 get 10% and so on..

Unfortunately, the Smart Coupons for WooCommerce plugin doesn’t provide the feature to set up tier based coupons. You can, however, create multiple coupons to achieve this requirement using separate coupons.

upload doesn't work :/ after being activated it is nowhere to be found on the dashboard, what went wrong???

Hello there, If you are using the free version of the plugin, you may go to the Marketing > Coupons page to access the advanced coupon configurations provided by the Smart Coupons for WooCommerce plugin. For the free version, the plugin does not provide a separate submenu in the dashboard as the existing menu for coupons in WooCommerce is utilised for this purpose. Please check it that way and let us know if you’re still having trouble with the plugin.

Does the user have to put their card information in to use the coupon? We are trying to utilize this for an employee merch store and do not want them to have to enter any credit card information in to use the coupon/store credit. Thank you!

Hi Millay, No, it is not necessary to enter any payment information to apply the coupon. The coupon can be applied from the cart or checkout pages or using the coupon URLs. However, if the user has to pay any remaining amount (balance order amount, shipping fee etc) after the coupon discount, then they may have to enter the card information to complete the purchase depending on the payment method selected.

I need to set up a Gift Card system using store credit but also a store credit for occasions when people have overpaid but obviously without a gift card in that instance. Is it possible to have both set up?

If we understand your query correctly, you would like to refund your orders using gift cards but instead of sending out the gift card email, you would like to send emails with the store credit template. We are sorry to let you know it is not possible at the moment. However, the improvements for the gift card module are already in our development pipeline and will be achieved in the upcoming releases. Thanks for understanding.

Is there a setting to show the discount on the product pages like a strike through if you have a 20% discount on certain products?

Hi, We understand your requirement. You need to display the discount available to a product on the product page itself. Our plugin presently doesn’t offer any such options. However, according to our developers, it would take a considerable amount of time and effort to accomplish your request. We are sorry to let you down. Is there a way customers can select if they want the gift card via email or via a specific shipping address?

Hi, Cutomers can configure the gift card normally to send it via email or select the Send as a physical card option to send it via shipping address.
