Absolutely amazing video with queues and overall great explanation Dave. You never fail to explain with great concepts.

I love this. It’s the opposing forces of ballet technique explained in a way that men can relate and translate into their own bodies...for those who don’t practice ballet of course. 😆

at 13:59 you mention a common mistake and it is rampant. Here in London I see this all the time, many people know how to pull up, press up but can't run. We have a problem as humans with the way we train - so glad I found the ginga! Ginga could be a replacement for your new concept of recoiling core - basically you refer to moving normally rather than abnormally! Fantastic

Does Dr Stuart McGill have an opinion on this? Since he focuses mostly on anti-rotation exercises.

You state that supinating makes the lat "wound up" and pronating makes it "long" Is the function of the lat not IR which is pronation making the muscle shorter? Thank you

Awesome content. Some positive feedback: maybe more direct, brief points. A lot of explanation and not as much clear instruction. Brief intro, excersise/drill then conclusion perhaps? The content is incredibly insightful and mega interesting, nice one! Thanks for sharing your insane knowledge!

He said bracing core good. But coiling core is for athletic expression of what you have. Structurally and biomechanically
