I can't even begin to say how much I agree...so many otherwise great clips (not just surfing either, aviation has it's share too) are shot in the kneecaps with somebody's insistence of being "creative"...nothing takes the place of the sound of the surf when watching surfing...hell, even hearing the reactions of people is cool, as it's part of the experience.

I remember breaking my favorite 5' 8"" board at the wedge, years ago when I lived in Fountain Valley, when it broke big we would surf, Newport, Huntington... Good ol' days :-) :-) :-)

I am on the East coast and it is crazy to see everyone in wet suits. It is in the mid 90s here and the ocean is like bath water some days. You wouldn’t survive an hour in a wet suit out here right now.
