Some comments are very funny because some says Wee Teacher is on point and Kumchacha isn't on point. Some also says some countries have been legalized "marijuana/Wee" and it can be use for medicines e.c.t. It is true that Marijuana/Wee can be use for herbs but isn't good for smoking because smoking is very harmful to health just like it has been written on cigarettes. Just that Mr kumchacha couldn't express himself properly that's why. Medicine is different than smoking.
