So week 1 I tried out EHPlabs Oxyshred and saw some fantastic results!
from Mon - fri taking morning weight and measurements each day
3lbs down
1mm off all 3 skinfolds I took: belly, iliac (muffin top), and thigh
that is pretty significant for skinfolds in just 5 days!
I didn't change my nutrition or workouts same as i have been doing, to try to make this as accurate as possible with each fat burner I try.
overall really enjoyed this one, didn't make me feel crappy, no jitters or heartburn.
it did stimulate that morning bowel movement but so does coffee so nothing crazy lol
I give this one 2 thumbs up!
