Best remedy for canker sores is to put a good amount of salt in a cup and add warm water to let it dissolve. Rinse and gargle the salt water then spit it out and repeat until all the water is gone. It cleans out the canker sores to let them heal but it will be painful! You can do this every morning and night till they are gone. I promise you it will help in a couple days. I did this instead of the numbing wash when it wasn’t helping them go away and it was almost instant healing for the sores.

The same thing happened to me while I was in high school. Get your tonsils out and you'll never look back! It was the best thing I could've done and I haven't been sick since! I feel your pain, so this is the best advice I could give you!!

I used to get canker sores when I had braces and used Kanka soft brush gel to numb them and it helped a lot! And make sure to get a new toothbrush when they go away!!

girl, I know EXACTLY how you feel! I got strep 3 times earlier this year. it would come back less than a week off of being on antibiotics. I went to an ENT and he was like, "we gotta take those out". I hope you're better and won't need a tonsillectomy. its literally the worst pain I've endured in my life bc you feel like you're swallowing glass when you drink water. love you Keaton!!

keaton i feel you so much on your pain !!! a few months ago i got the worst mouth infection with canker sores on my inside lip and gums + sores on my tongue and the roof of my mouth. that numbing mouth wash is such a life saver. i totally know how you feel not being able to eat, sleep or even breathe fr. hope you feel better

So... I was so happy to see a vlog this long, but I felt so bad for you that whole time because I literally had tonsillitis worse than ever, canker sores, swollen white tonsils, headache, fever, aching bones 3 times in a year! And my doctor said he didn’t want to take my tonsils out until it was really severe.. which it was. And finally I got them removed and I haven’t had a problem ever since. I literally know exactly how you feel and having an infection in your mouth has got to be the worst. Feel better girl and consider getting them removed ASAP. Thank you for still pushing through and uploading even though you are in pain. Made my Friday a hell of a lot better! Take care girl xoxox

there are these canker sore patches i used to use for my braces and they would clear up the sores within a couple of days, they’re called “canker cover” by dentec!! i hope you are feeling better :)

Dudeeee I really feel for you tonsillitis and other throat infections are so painful! I had a peritonsilar abscess last year and it was the most painful thing I've ever experienced I couldn't even swallow my spit and they had to drain it with a giant needle in the emergency room. Thx for keeping the content genuine and I hope you are feeling better! Legit Im impressed you even went to recruitment you're a tough one

Okay LET’S talk about how I had this same thing two years ago, along with the wisdom teeth coming in. I had fever blisters ALL over my mouth and cankers left and right... it was the absolute worst time of life I cried daily because the pain was unbearable. I struggled with tonsillitis to the point where I could not go to class , I’m not sure the severity of yours but I had to have emergency surgery because my tonsils were so big I wasn’t able to breath . I hope you feel much better it sucks !!!

My babe get those tonsils out- I got mine out a couple of years ago and it was the best. There’s like a weekish of being in bed, but after being on like 6 rounds of antibiotics and the pain of tonsillitis the surgery/recovery was so worth it. Love you girl 😘😘😘

Oh girl I'm so sorry, I hope you are feeling better!! One thing that I found that helped tremendously with my canker sores is swishing a liquid antacid through my mouth (like liquid Maalox or Mylanta) like three times a day!

You get the same way I do when I get sick af. Cause sometimes you’re sick but then you get siiiiiiiick like you feel like your body is gonna give up on you or something. I just got over really bad strep and I have the flu so it was not a good time. And then all you really can do is cry cause you feel like you can’t do anything

Remember to throw away ur toothbrush that u used whilst u had it so u don’t get it again ! That happened to me last year when I got tonsillitis 3 times because my toothbrush was carrying the same germs !
