chickpeas are the main ingredients in hummus but tahini is added! it is ground sesame seeds:)

I’ve made hummus without it! Just chickpeas water and salt and lemon I think. You can find simple recipes online only a few ingredients

i like blending the protein into smoothies but with just milk it’s so good too!!
