for all my new/beginner gym girlies - this video is for you! this i got my DREAM BODY and how i stay in shape to maintain it - all doing LOW-IMPACT workouts. if you're just getting started with working out or are new to the gym, this video will guide you on how to approach building a routine for yourself. of course, you don't have to follow my routine exactly, but i hope this gives you some inspiration on some movements to try.
one of the reasons i love doing low-impact workouts is that it's easier on my joints and prevents me from putting too much stress on my body. i've been really conscious about my cortisol levels and trying to lower them, so that's why i've been sticking more to this routine.
as mentioned in the video, i am NOT a fitness professional or personal trainer. this is just what i like to do to stay in shape and what makes me feel the best! please listen to your own body and do what works best for you :)
