■ Materials
・Chinese cabbage ... 2 pieces
・Shimeji mushrooms…1/4
・Mizuna…1/2
・Snap peas…6
・Pumpkin ... 6 slices
・Carrots ... 10 pieces (half-moon cut)

・Miso…1.5 tbsp
・Vinegar…1.5 tbsp
・Sugar... 1 tablespoon
・Grated ginger... 1/2 tbsp
・Water…1 teaspoon
・Chili oil…as you like
■How to make
①Wet the seiro and boil the water in the pot.
② Arrange Chinese cabbage, shimeji mushrooms, mizuna, snap peas, pumpkin, and carrots cut into bamboo steamers.
(Remove the strings from the snap peas.)
③ Put the vegetables in a bamboo steamer on a heated pan, cover with a lid and steam over high heat for about 10 minutes.
④ Mix the ingredients of [A] and make sauce to complete.

Cooking time: 20 minutes
■ Materials
・Chicken thigh...1/2 piece
・Asparagus ... 3 sticks
・Garlic ... 1 to 2 cloves
・Lemon ... 3 slices (thinly sliced)
・Salt ... a little
■How to make
①Wet the seiro and boil the water in the pot.
②Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces, cut off the roots of the asparagus by about 1cm, peel off the hard skin with a peeler, and cut into 3 equal parts.
③Spread a parchment paper cut according to the size of the bamboo steamer, arrange chicken thighs and asparagus, put garlic and lemon on top, sprinkle with salt, cover and steam over high heat for about 15 minutes.
④Complete with olive oil and salt and pepper as you like.
