Weekend Highlights at the Farm - Kids on tractors, feeding animals, shelter dogs swimming in dam

Elle and Evie driving the feed for the animals on their little tractors, puppies having a bubble bath, the shelter boys in with the sleepover pack swimming in the dam and running through the bush land. Lots of little moments… hope you all had a wonderful weekend too!
We have started a channel where the videos are just family focused, for our own family and friends and our community here that enjoys seeing the family side of our life. If you’d like to follow along, you are more than welcome to. By keeping some of the more family focused content separate, the commenting is automatically disabled to protect kids. We will start to post more of the family content on this new channel. DDFT on KZfaq will remain the same, all dogs with a little family.

It’s ridiculous how proud I am of how far the shelter dogs have come, when I have absolutely nothing to do with it. Luke, Sam, and others at the DDFT, you have my gratitude and admiration. To transform these dogs, you have shared with them the most valuable resources that can be had in this world: your time, your patience and kindness, and the comfort and love of your family and home.

Yes, true, the development of the shelter dogs on the other side of the world who I will never meet in person still keeps me fascinated. It's to be able to view Luke's and his team's work being brought to life in Sam's videos that captures me totally. Again a big thank you!

Those tractors! So awesome to see the kids engaging and understanding what it means to have animals under your care. Love seeing Bobby out and about. That schnauzer is adorable!

Oh I never saw the girls on those “kid sized tractors” before. Wow helping Daddy feed the animals. Great training. Add that to those Shelter dogs showing the complete happiness the Farm life has given them. Luke & Jason you guys are the BEST along with the rest of your team. as soon as I sit down in the morning with my coffee and turn on the latest Doggy Daycare Farm video, my 1 year old kitten jumps up on the table next to the iphone and listens to the dogs...every day!#

Just love the girls on the little tractors. Freddo rolling in the sand after his time in the water was just joyful. Freddo is happy for the first time in his life I think. Warms my heart. Thank you for giving him a chance and love.

I agree that really came across in the video - like he's really starting to believe his life has changed for the better. I know they all adore Luke but Freddo's adoration is so precious because of where he came from right at the start.

@@carolvanbeugenbik4632 I agree...I think Luke said in the beginning that he wasn't trying to connect as much with Freddo because of his past, but you're right, you can see that Freddo adores Luke now...it's probably the first time anyone has shown him compassion and love.

What a wonderful way to bring up a child! Surrounded by nature and animals; helping daddy with the farm chores in the most fun way on those tractors and in the bubble bath bathing the puppies! This video is such a treat. Not only did we get to see the girls, the puppies, the farm dogs and rescues all enjoying their life on the farm in the cutest and most heartwarming ways, but we also got to see more of the farm itself. Thank you. ❤️

O yes Sam, my weekend is great now with all these videos :-) The girls on their tractors: Evie the stunt girl and Elle steering ever so carefully to avoid hitting YoYo, beautiful. The puppies in a bubble bath and ALL the dogs together :-) I think Bobby loves it all too but isn't fond of bushland and/or car rides. As soon as he is out in the open he has more fun. I feel so invested in YoYo, Freddo and Bobby. It’s like they are the adopted kids of us viewers, too! Really hoping Freddo and Bobby get a chance too for adoption soon.

Bobby has been adopted! It might be next weekend or so when he gets to move in with his parents. Uncle Luke mentioned it on the Ocean trip with Freddo and Bobby.

It's so ironic that I have hoped and prayed for Bobby, Freddo, and Yo-Yo to find their loving homes, now that Yo-Yo an Bobby have a family committed to giving them the homes they deserve I feel like I am loosing my children! It is so hard to let go is seeing them every day even if it is the best life we have been hoping for them! How we have to hope that dear Freddo has some one who sees what a wonderful boy he is and gives him the home he deserves I

Made my day, thanks! Loving the weekend pace, those tractor batteries must have some longevity. Evie so confidently reversing was a sight, I can't do that with a trailer! Sleepovers at the Farm are so much better than a Kennel. Yoyo, what a star! As he ages, another Bandit for sure.

I wonder if the goats would like something to climb on in their paddocks. I love this life you lead, family orientated and the dogs are a big part of that. Yoyo loved his boys bobbie and freddo., he is so playfully with them. The girls are lively and so happy within their working home. Beautiful.

Oh to have a sleepover on the farm with all these beautiful babies would be a dream come true. I am so proud of Freddo, Bobbie and Yoyo and I'm in love with Lucy and her pups. They are getting so big and they will be perfect for their future families. Such early training is the best. Luke do you ever relax. You are amazing. Freddo will make a great dog for a young guy, honestly; I hope his forever home finds him soon! Bobby needs a caring owner who can give lots of cuddles and food!!! 🐶 🥰 I cannot wait for YoYo to join his family with Nike, he is totally up to scratch and getting farm fit. 😊 Lucy is a really great mom checking in on her pups while delivering food to the goats and Spirit!!!

Our dog sits and watches these videos! He loves them as much as we do! No matter where he is in the house, he hears the dogs and comes running. It's hysterical!

Watching this at 2am here in the UK. Wow what a long way these shelter dogs have come, great to see Freddo's tail completely mended, he's such a different dog. Being able to interact off leash with so many other dogs, complete change from how he was before.And the affection he is showing now is amazing. Bobby such a little love bug. And yo-yo constantly with a toy in his mouth is seriously comical. Laughed out loud at the sight of Lucy not being able to wait to get out, like i have been many times in the past when my own kids were young, that pleading look of get me outta here quick. All round a genuine brilliant video. so many positives, and those puppies seriously they melt my heart. Loved it

Got up this morning feeling kind of fed up - so I turned off news channel - and thought ‘I know I look for some dog farm videos’ 😂 yep within seconds had me smiling ear to ear 😂😂 I love it - and Bobby and Freddo loving their life - fantastic for all! ❤️

Lucky kiddos. In my childhood, my little sister and I had feeding the animals chores but due to our size meant each taking up one handle of the wheelbarrow. Your kids are motorized! So very cute. Loved it.

Love seeing Freddo, Bobby, YoYo and the other pups playing at the big pond and chasing the ball Luke throws to them. Such a wonderful change in all of them and in following all Luke's commands. Even the horse follows Luke's commands (awesome)! The puppies are catching on fast to the seating situation in the cart. They can run on those little legs!!! Love seeing YoYo playing with his toys....he's so happy! Love this video!

I just love Bobby's face. Fredo is a gentle giant. Yoyo is a star learner. The babies are too precious for words. Lucy is the best mom! I know you are proud!

Looks like the weekend is fun not competing as much big smile on Fredo he is more relaxed and that Bobby he is loving life and yoyo just fits right in ! Hope all will find forever homes and those puppies what is not to love made my morning plus 4 this morning in Ontario Canada going up to 15 today which so great for November thanks for putting a smile on my face today 😀😍🐕

Elle and Evie on tractors...that sure looked fun! Great job helping with the chores, girls.😊 It's wonderful to see Bobby moving so well...I half expected to hear a tire screech when he stopped at that gate!🤣🤣 And dear Freddo, he looks so happy...he was so playful at the dam, and so excited and polite at meal time...what a sweetheart!🥰🥰 Even Spirit got into the "spirit" of things and did a nice trot along the fence...what a wonderful life you have, and how lucky we are to share in it...Thank you!🥰🥰🥰🥰 (The new family channel sounds delightful...great idea!)

The girls driving their tractors and helping to feed the animals was so cute! The puppies are getting so big. It was good to see Bobbie and Freddo enjoying themselves. YoYo has done so well - it will be nice to see him go home to his family. I look forward to seeing Bobby and Freddo go home to their families in the near future. It was nice seeing the other animals. It looks like you all have such a well-deserved wonderful life! So happy for you all! 🐶🐶❤❤

Just got back from popping over to the family channel, awesome content as always Sam and so beautiful to watch your kids growing up........my daughter is 24 and I miss watching all the little changes in her as the months passed when she was little. I love that all the dogs are getting on so well now. I also loved that Freddo and Bobby are not pushed to do more exercise than they feel capable of. As someone who lives with chronic pain, I love that Bobby's limits are so well respected.

Freddo coming out of his shell and being a full member of the pack with his tail at full mast again. Evie and Ellie are always a joy to see--so self-possessed and happy to participate in the Farm--congratulations to Sam and Luke and the staff. The puppies now have the full front face coloring--that was fast, Lucy seems to have a lovely personality, getting the pups used to different situations and socialized with the packs. Will miss Bobbie, have come to think of two of the dogs as, 'our Bobbie,' and 'our Freddo.' Thank you for making these videos!
