Hi, My name is Jess. Starting over after a divorce is hard. New beginnings can be full of grief but also a chance for new hope. I decided to move out of state by myself and start a new life in Tennessee. It isn't easy, but I am thankful I stepped out of my comfort zone and decided to take this chance at a new adventure...a new life. I am a Christian vlogger in my 30's that does week and weekend in my life videos, did a series on my first apartment living alone, and talk about things like life after divorce, healing from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and how I find peace by spending time with God. I also talk about first apartment tips, living alone tips, and cooking for one tips. About: In this video, I vlog my trip to Tampa area in Florida while visiting my family. I get to see my Cousin's new baby, have Grandma time and visit places like Dunedin, Land O Lakes, Spring Hill and more. We do some shopping, sight seeing, eating yummy food, and relax. I can't wait to go back!

Hi Jess! So happy you got to visit your Mom and your cousin and her baby and other family members I was still at my Moms when you were at your Moms. My Mom has to use a walker to walk with and her hands are losing their strength and not working right. It made me sad seeing her like this. Glad I was there to help her out. She is 79. January 14 th she will be 80. By the way you look like you are in your early 20s.

Hey baby girl so glad you enjoyed your holiday. I am really struggling with my mood at the moment and i am being challenged on the daily regarding eating enough. Just like my first thing to suffer is my nutrition trying to motor through and compensating with high energy protien shakes have u tried these when your desire to eat is low ???. If so would u have any u recommend same ones get boring after a while lol. Hope u get back soon to c mum and maybe in the cooler weather... At least when you come to North Ireland you wont have the need to worry about too .much heat with our weather more likely to need thermals even in the summer lol. Have a good rest of your week px

Hi Paula! Thank you so much, it was a really great holiday ❤️ I am so sorry to hear friend. I can definitely relate to mood effecting my eating when I am struggling. When I am struggling, I typically will eat things that are easier for me to get as much nutrition as possible and also wet things because when i struggle emotionally I can have dry mouth which makes it hard to eat food. In those moments I have those protein shakes like Ensure (not sure if you have those where you are) or I will also make my own smoothies at home using frozen berries, frozen bananas, milk, and a nutrition powder. I also will eat things like mac n cheese (not very healthy but it is easier to eat), mash, and i have a lot of soup. I stock up on all different kinds of canned soup so I don't get sick of one kind. I usually make sure the soup has vegetables in it of some kind for more nutrition, but chicken soup is good too. Also I know it is super important to stay hydrated and I find that drinks with electrolytes helps me feel more regulated (but that might just be me). I get Liquid IV (the passion fruit flavor is my favorite but the orange is good too) and add it to a big thing of water and drink as much as I can. I also stay away from any kind of caffeine even from tea because this can really make me anxious and not help with my emotional struggles. I will make sure everything I watch or listen to is very positive and not dramatic, sad, or stressful. I also try to do something creative to get my mind on other things. These are just some things that can help me but I know everyone is different. But please know I will be praying for your complete peace of your mind, body, and soul my friend ❤️ You are not alone!

@@jesslookingup thanks for the advice makes sense i ordered a variety of nutritionally complete drinks from my doctor today so i hope to get them collected from the pharmacy in a few days . They are basically ensure but they are under the brand fortisip and fortijuice here. Meanwhile its homemade smooties and i am a big fan of icecream . I just am so glad to offload and i know u understand having been through so much similar stuff yourself. I feel very lost as to how the future looks for me the girls are off living their own lives and i feel so alone unneeded and to be truthful very sad. I am hoping to be back to normal in a few days as wallowing in self pity isnt helping and as for ih invisible husband he seems to be continuung with his mid life crisis and party lifestyle which is upsetting especislly when he wont sort out domestic issues with the house . Thats my rant over tommorrow is a fresh new day . Px

@paulamartin6049 Paula I am so sorry. All your feelings are valid and important. You are important. Truthfully I think many can relate and especially about the loneliness. I am hoping to have a virtual hang out with all my friends on KZfaq very soon if enough people are interested. Trying to work out the details. I would love for you to be a part of it.
