I would like to add for breathwork it’s better to focus on breathing into your lower tippy bottom of the lungs, toward the side of the ribcage this activates the ventral vagus and triple warmer channels along with Liver and lungs. It’s much better than “belly breathing” as that type of breathing activates the dorsal vagus and if you have had trauma, it can activate the freeze feign fawn response and your nervous system will be pushing against itself so to speak… Your belly will naturally distend and fill with the first method, hit the focus will be on expanding the lungs and activating the resilient part of the vagus nerve ✨

Gosh such a great reminder.. Thats exactly what was happening with focus on breathing,, breath work etc. I was more locked with my lungs doing the belly breath. And literally had my diaphragm lock up with trauma response freeze mode. Plus fawn. Its exhausting. My brain is pea soup and my Fascia is screaming at me for some sort of release. Thanks for posting this you have no idea how helpful this is.. Peace be with you

Lots of tears here too I have Neptune 00 in Scorpio 12th house .. it’s a release ? Point of a kite formation opp my moon in Taurus at 0 .. that Taurus is part of an earth trine and a point of a fixed grande cross .. I'm also a Scorpio stellium in the 7th (Mercury, Neptune, and Mars) - it has been a very, very, long grind for me too, for years. Pluto is squaring my Mercury right now, after squaring my Libra Sun for years. I have been turned inside out and am not the same person I was. LOTS of crying here too, and Molly's videos and podcasts have downright saved me. Something she said once helped me very much in particular: look to the opposite sign. In this case Taurus - so I have been focusing on: what do I value, what matters to me, one step at a time, simplify, simplify, put my hands into the dirt and ground myself, and simplify some more. Last night ,Molly, (or rather someone exactly like her) appeared in my dream. I live in Australia and was very touched by her long distance and unexpected visit. The exact “pause” scenario happened to me about 3 weeks ago. I was getting ready to turn left. Right when the light turned green I heard a very soft but clear and calm voice say wait (I was alone in the car). I actually could not lift my foot off the brake to press the gas. About 5 seconds later a speeding white jeep blew through the red light blowing its horn. Every single car at the intersection was stunned. I just started saying thank you thank you thank you because I knew that I would have been in a very horrible accident and may not have survived it.

Thank you so much, Molly. With Jupiter about to change signs from Taurus to Gemini, I sense that this represents new light being brought into our lives. Being the first air sign, this is significant to have Jupiter in an air sign after it has been in Taurus (Earth), Aries, (Fire), Pisces (Water) in the past three years or so. There has been a heaviness to the Taurus energies - Uranus in Taurus & the personal planets having gone through some of the personal planets. The lightness of Jupiter in Gemini will be a relief. Also, the sign of Gemini will invite us to relate to others in new & evolving ways. The past four years have been oppressive & very challenging in many ways during the Covid Pandemic. Jupiter in Gemini will be a welcomed breath of fresh air. Many of us have also learned to face the dualities within ourselves & we will bring this wisdom to those we interact with. I believe that Sedna in Gemini conjunct Jupiter in Gemini will both challenge & invite us Earthlings to return to the power of Indigenous wisdom that has been discarded, denied & misunderstood for many generations to both the detriment of Indigenous peoples as well as to everyone else & the planet that we inhabit. Indigenous wisdom is a key antidote to coming into balance & right relation to each other & to Earth, herself. Moonshine lit light a spotlight, Moon zero Gemini with Chiron parked on descendant; a 24 year backslide is now rising from a bottom that hit a couple of years ago. Some of this goes back to 1996, Pluto opposite my Moon, and then year 2000 when all the Classicals were in Taurus and Saturn hit my Moon just a couple of months after Jupiter.

That was exhausting! When you jump around a lot, it's extremely difficult to follow you. Why can't you simply forecast chronologically? Logic + common sense are easier to grasp than scattered chaos...
