🔘 100 gr. Olive Oil

INGREDIENTS:
🔘 750 gr. Potatoes.
🔘 2 Eggs
🔘 Flour for batter.
🔘 4 Hake Fillets or Loins
🔘 2 tbsp. chopped garlic and parsley
🔘 1/2 Chopped Onion
🔘 1 Green Pepper
🔘 1 little Saffron
🔘 30 ml. White Wine
🔘 600 ml. Fish and Seafood Broth
🔘 Fresh Parsley
🔘 Olive Oil
🔘 Salt and Pepper
2️⃣ 12:15 Cabbage and Minced Meat Lasagna.
INGREDIENTS:
For the Sofrito:
🔘 1 Onion.
🔘 3 Carrots.
🔘 2 tablespoons Chopped Garlic and Parsley
🔘 1/2 Red Pepper
🔘 Salt and Pepper
🔘 Olive Oil
🔘 250 ml. Water or Vegetable or Chicken Broth.
🔘 700 gr. Minced Meat
🔘 1 tsp. Dried Oregano
🔘 1/2 tsp. Ground cumin
🔘 1 chili pepper (optional)
🔘 1 tsp. Ketchup
🔘 350 gr. Fried Tomato
🔘 1/2 tsp. brown sugar (Optional)
🔘 1 Cabbage (700 gr.)
🔘 Fresh Parsley
🔘 1/2 tsp. Ground Ginger
🔘 Shredded Cheese or Ground Almonds
3️⃣ 18:23 How to Make Chili con Carne.
INGREDIENTS:

🔘 500 gr. Pinto Beans
🔘 200 ml. Vegetable or Chicken Broth
🔘 Nachos or Corn Tortillas
🔘 Cherry Tomatoes
FOR THE GUACAMOLE
🔘 2 Avocados
🔘 Juice of 1 Lime
🔘 Salt
🔘 1 Tbsp. Grated Tomato
🔘 1 small handful of Cilanto or Fresh Parsley
🔘 Olive Oil
4️⃣ 22:20 Tenderloin Tape in Mango Sauce.
INGREDIENTS:
🔘 16 Pork Tenderloin Tenderloin Steaks (4 per person).
🔘 Olive Oil
🔘 Salt and Pepper.
🔘 1 tablespoon minced garlic and parsley
🔘 1 Mango
🔘 15 ml. Soy Sauce
🔘 20 ml. Lemon Juice
🔘 2 tbsp. Ketchup
🔘 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
🔘 150 ml. Chicken or Vegetable Broth
🔘 Fresh Parsley.
FOR THE SALAD:
🔘 1 Lettuce
🔘 1 Jar of Olives.
🔘 Cherry Tomatoes
🔘 Walnuts
FOR THE ALIÑO:
🔘 2 Tbsp Olive Oil.
🔘 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
🔘 Salt
28:18 PICKLED ONION
🔘 1 Red Onion
🔘 100 ml. Vinegar
🔘 125 ml. Water
🔘 Salt
🔘 1/2 tsp. Sugar
🔘 Juice of 1/2 Lemon
🔘 1/2 tsp. Mustard Seeds
5️⃣ 29:52 Artichoke Fideuá with Prawns.
INGREDIENTS:
🔘 300 gr. Artichokes.
🔘 250 gr. Fideuá
🔘 Olive Oil
🔘 14 Prawns
🔘 2 tbsp. chopped garlic and parsley
🔘 1/2 Onion
🔘 1/2 Green Pepper
🔘 Salt and Pepper
🔘 1 pinch of Saffron.
🔘 2 Tomatoes
🔘 1 tsp. Paprika
🔘 1/2 tsp. Turmeric
🔘 900 ml. Seafood, Vegetable or Chicken Broth.
🔘 1 Bay Leaf
🔘 1 sprig of Fresh Rosemary
🔘 Fresh Parsley
🔘 4 Boiled Eggs
How to make Healthy Chocolate Sponge Cake.
🔘 1 Egg
🔘 1 tbsp. Pure Cocoa Powder
🔘 2 tbsp. Oat Flour
🔘 3 tbsp. milk (I used oat drink)
🔘 1/2 tsp. vanilla bean paste
🔘 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar or Erythritol
🔘 1 Walnut
Mix everything together in a small cup or bowl 2.
2. Microwave for 1 minute at full power.
3. Unmold immediately
4. Decorate with an ounce of 72% Chocolate and the walnut and that's it!
