The dating part actually resonates with me. I was with my ex for 3.5 years and in the last 6 months we were actually engaged. We were so in love and we still are but after we got engaged shit just went south. There were things that happened that made me lose my trust in him but it wasnt due to cheating or anything involved with another girl but it was more like there were times I needed him the most and for him to have my back but he wasnt there so I just lost basic trust in him and the relationship. We broke up cos we fought a lotttttt towards the end, like I legit dont have the ring on my finger anymore but we are still madly in love with each other and after not seeing each other for a while we are trying again and taking things slow. Fingers crossed!
