Hey Conagh! Love your vlogs! I get what you mean with the anxiety running with other people, remember that marathons/half marathon are usually FLOODED with people so definitely give it another go to that place you went running in the city (maybe for a walk first to sus it out and see how you go?) it’s a new environment so of course it will take time to adjust but don’t panic! And don’t compare yourself to others. You are doing absolutely amazing! We are all rooting for you here!

That's the good part of running anxiety comes out and you feel renewed after. I have those all the time when I run. Just keep running even if you have to cry, cry it out and run you will feel better. I do. Those are the best runs
