One thing that has helped me have a more positive outlook is just being in nature. I know that sounds funny but just starting to try to point out the beauty in a sunset, the ocean, mountains, etc. has helped me apply that outlook to everything. Also love the red hair!!!!

Hi Conagh, I have a good ten years and 3 kids on you so we have zero in common but I love to watch your vlogs for some escapism. I wish everyone thought mental health was important in their goals its massive in mine this year. I'm disregarding January and kicking off priorities and goals in Feb as January is such a fuck around and so many bills to pay its hard to be positive so next month I'll feel better prepared mentally to kick off new goals!
