Hello everyone! Today is Christmas here in the USA, so I wanted to upload something I have been working on for a bit now as a gift. Kim Smoltz remastered, with repaired speed (since the currently circulating copy is running slow, a side effect of the way Mickey digitized the sessions tape! It isn't perfect, as this song has many flaws you only start to notice once you get a closer look, but I tried my best!

I really dig this remaster! And I honestly don't mind the speed change either. Makes it sound like it could come seamlessly after Pink Eye (On My Leg), since it's in a similar key to it here. I've always wondered where Kim Smoltz might fit into The Mollusk's tracklist if it were ever included.

Even though I have no article to back it up or interview, I’ve always though Kim smoltz turned into pink eye on my leg, and that’s why smoltz never got considered for the album. Huge for Pink Eye haters out there if true lolol

this sounds much better than the slower speed in my opinion, a lot more whimsical and playful. 11/10 song, thanks for the remaster!

I knew some people wouldn't like the correct speed, but as an archivist it's my obligation to aim for restoration as the band intended, hence correcting it.
