Fun fact this is also a documentary, in the duels they had to wait for someone to touch their gun so whoever shot first could say "it was just self defense".

OK wow, that really changes things. because i always thought "why are they waiting so long, to win you have to be faster than your opponent, and its easier to be faster when you are the first one to draw, and not the one reacting". But of course, that would be "gunning somebody down in cold blood" and not "self-defense". i really learned something today

Explains the witnesses and so on. They are there to stop either party from doing the obvious - just shoot their opponent with a rifle while their opponent is getting off his horse.

The audio was all over the map on this one. The music was way too loud and the voices were way too quiet. I kept having to adjust the volume while watching this. It seemed really good, just hard to track.
