OK Back to my journey, its day 15 of my weight loss cleanse and today we got a care package from a dear friend of ours. Thank you so much! We are enjoying it thoroughly. So I've been trying to supplement our income and have taken to selling things on ebay. It has take up a lot of my time lately and has put me under more stress. I have not given in to stress eating, but I have noticed that stress and anger make me feel different in my stomach. I feel more bloated and full. I believe that stress/anger can make you hang on to weight. Do you have a lot of stress or anger in your life and notice that you have a hard time losing weight?

Don't let the stress get ya . Your doing great ! I'm glad you enjoyed the gifts It blesses me to bless others we all need a little encouragement and joy in our lives .😄

Yes and Depression holds weight as well, Bodily constrictions = no flow, organs, blood, etc, Body is in flow when we're joyful, organs get nutrients. I finally got rid of severe panic attacks through deep breathing, and listening to - good books and YT. Joe Dispenza, he has many amazing interviews on changing the mind-old patterns. His book is amazing "breaking the habit of being yourself" its all about releasing old junk! Also, Bruce Lipton. talks fast, but terrific stuff! - just food for thought :)

Stress has been a lot of my problem. I also seem to act though I will miss out. I try to have some of everything and that is bad. I also came from a family that did not like you to throw a away food. The hardest part about juicing for me was I felt like I was missing out when everybody else was eating dinner. I have realized that I am missing nothing but poor health, and lethargy. I am not missing anything at all, and really, I gave food a much too important place in my life. Eating is something I do to live not something I live to do.

I am a angry person at times when stress takes hold and weight was affected I Like you held onto weight durning that time . I'm happy for the most part all the time until I go clothes shopping and my fat butt can't fit into anything that's when life gets tuff. I notice when I'm stressing nothing works right in my body over all so I try to keep things light

kimmyjeans2 oh, I hate getting clothes! It will be worth it soon, though. Soon, we will ENJOY going shopping for clothes because we are going to look so good!!! :)

I'm a little over weight but I tend to get depressed but I do get those angered days

Carlos Cuevas I really think it makes us hold on to weight. It's important that we learn how to calm our minds.

I'm overweight and have blamed a fairly stressful day to day life. Then I get angry at myself for not making the changes I know I need to make, which can then lead to a bit of depression. Does that make sense? This whole weight loss/get healthy journey really makes you take a long, hard look at yourself. Linda

Lindi1028 yes it does. But once you make the decision to right the wrongs, the opportunities for your future well being are endless and worth getting excited over!

Watching your vidoes and they are so encouraging...im on day 8 and i feel like im about to DIE. I feel like i have the flu...my body hurts! Any suggestions?

Meditation each day lets you release energy in any form. I would try that and you are under a lot of stress being a caregiver. I would try 5 minutes each day. I am not sure what ebay is about but if it stresses you you should take some time away and then return back. How much of you day is devoted to juicing? Do you juice every time for each meal or do you juice for the whole day? Saving time would make it less stressful as well.

Rich A yeah, you're right. I need to take time to meditate. I juice for every meal. I don't like cold juices. They taste better to me if they are fresh.

Steve Crider I have just started juicing and I am making my juices in the morning for the whole day. I am learning so I am very slow at prepping and juicing. It is taking me over two hours from start until everything is cleaned. Are you at home most of the time? You must be very fast since you are a juice pro.

Rich A well, I am used to it. And yes, I'm home all day. When Joann lived alone, she would prep enough juices to last for 3 days. You have to be careful, though. Make sure you add a little lemon juice to help preserve it, and you have to fill your juices as close to the top of the container as you can, otherwise it starts to spoil.
