Dear Sir, very nice to see rather your 2nd video on cycling. Quite informative and I have not come across this valuable information till I saw your video. Thank you. Sir, I am doing nearly 10 kms cycling in a standard Raleigh cycle (old style). The speed rate is 4 minute per km. Roughly I burn. 260 to 300 calories as per the Zeopoxa cycling app. I find that there is no significant decrease in blood sugar level. Can you please throw light on the variation in glucose levels after cycling. Thank you.

Sir, Manufacturer of cycle company couldnt provide the beneficiary of cycle driving profit,and Health assurance, Tap Measurement was leads to simple diagnostic of Newton, that shows we had proceed in 20th centuary with our own Manner not by you laws, Sir, According to 5:32,33 that your leg toe hard to reach earth surface which will be followed by everyone? Adjustement of Hip to toe was a flexible one, but at the same time it quite get works everybody! Sir well choosen without Gear cycle as it is best to drive for own convinence,,,, But my favourite Dr Pyschastic has been cycling by his gear cycle to many state wide travel destination and achieved for youngsters too.... but he can manage maintenance, repairs by himself,,because most of the time he were used to come Rehabilation centre visit by his cycle, Good Explanation sir, Thanks to video courtesy person too.. Now a days Cycling is most mantory in our life even we have,byk,car,flight.... What you say is not possible with incumbent exercise bike. Seat is fixed in that bike. Do you say incumbent exercise bike is useless for weight loss.
