Woah super musique pour se détendre ! J'ai pas essayé mais ça doit être pratique pour s'endormir, de quoi apaiser ciel et terre pour se ressourcer un peu ! Je ne sais pas si j'espère plus que cette sieste méditative saura faire le tour du monde, ou qu'elle aura sa place en chacun de nous 😐 J'ai vu l'effet sur trois minutes, et je me demandais donc : est-ce le format pour 65 nuits, ou bien pour les 65 premiers ? En tout cas je suis content de trouver des alternatives à certains médicaments, ça soulage ma psyché ! 😌 Bonne continuation ! (😅)

VERY GOOD . take a deep breath .close you eyes and think about somthing relaxing and wake up really happy and refreshed .. but one thing if you fall asleep 3 minutes why is it 3 hours long

Because maybe for some people it takes more time to fall asleep than others, so having it be extra long can sometimes be a good thing. I know I’m one of those people and I like to still hear the relaxing music even after I’m already asleep.
