This is Part 3 of a series of 3 videos in which I strip down, carry out a major service, rebuild, adjust and test the regulator block of my HW100. Please make safety a priority. Ensure that the gun is completely de-pressurised before starting work. Please wear safety glasses whenever the gun is pressurised. As I go along I try to explain how all the components of the gun operate. I also service the firing valve and the main inlet valve. You will have a real time first person view of the service work told warts and all - it can be slow and tedious but that's life.
