So can you take off the mask to eat the refreshments bought from the cafe/bar whilst watching the film?

Hi Laura, yes, it's fine for you to take off your mask when eating or drinking while you're seated, either in the cinema auditorium or in Pictureville Bar. As a C19CO, I HIGHLY recommend having staff wear masks as well as face shields. Its actually a MUST if you really want to cover all bases and keep people safe.
