選手たちの練習が本格的に始まり、今日は近代五種、セーリング、テコンドー、バドミントン、陸上競技の選手らがエコパスタジアムやサブアリーナ、エコパアリーナのトレーニングルームで汗を流しました。

リオ五輪セーリング競技・女子レーザーラジアル級銀メダリストのアナリース・マーフィさんをはじめとする選手3人は、オンラインでコーチとやりとりしながらストレッチやウエイトトレーニングなどをこなしていました。

The practice of the athletes began in earnest, and today the modern pentathlon, sailing, taekwondo, badminton, and athletic athletes sweated in the training rooms of the Ecopa Stadium, Sub Arena, and Ecopa Arena.

The three athletes, including Annalise Murphy, a women's laser radial silver medalist at the Rio Olympics sailing competition, were doing stretching and weight training while interacting with their coaches online.
