EPISODE 14 | Today, we are attempting the most highly requested Mario Maker challenge. We are taking on the 1000 expert no-skip challenge....minus 900 levels lol. We are doing the DGR version called, the 'Hunt for 100' which is the same version as many of the Mario Maker greats are doing, just in a style more fitting to my abilities! I hope you will join me on this long and challenge journey!

16:05 Dave can't be blamed for that one. Double jump indicator is usually 2 p blocks stacked on top of each other.

Yo DGR, this is my favorite series of yours right now. Next time you start losing a bunch of lives on a tough level take a break and do some uncleared levels or something to clear your head and get your confidence back :)

13:15 - It feels like Super Expert because that's absolutely what it is. I was already thinking as much before you said it. And the data backs that up. In my experience, Expert levels range from roughly 3% to 10%, and Super Expert is anything below that. So I went through and checked out the current clear rates of all the levels played in this video. In 8 of the 9, the clear rates ranged from 3.38% to 11.46%, with an average of 7.64% - very much in line with the range I gave earlier. But this one level? It was 1.10% - more or less what I expected, though I was guessing it would be just a hair under 1%. Point is, it has no business being in Expert - I assume it was just a new level at the time and wasn't yet put into the right category. The fact that you got through it at all is reason to be proud, IMO.

I’m sure he is happy he saved up a lot of lives when he got stuck on that one hard level. But he did call it at the start of the vid. That it only takes 1 hard level to mess up an entire run. Hopefully he is able to gather some more lives again before he hits another one of those levels.
