Yeh I don't believe in idols. I also won't use "hero" for athletes. I reserve that word for military, police, people who put others first in their community etc. I do love watching Brady play and admire his work ethic and how he carries himself though 😊❤️

I agree totally with both Sha non % Skip. I am from New England, never liked the Patriots but the first time I saw Tom Brady play I told my brother we had the next Joe Montana playing for the Pat's. When Tom left the Pat's I followed him to the Buck's. I respect his knowledge of the game in every aspect of it &as I did with Joe Montana & Jerry Rice I will follow Tom no matter who he plays for even if I may not care for the team. Brady can still win with average receivers. He just wanted the coaching staff to try to get great ones. All the Payton Mannings and Aaron Rodgers get them and a huge paycheck. He gave up a huge salary and the Patriots wouldn't even bother.

Yep and New England is still feeling the pain even though some Pats fans deny it. BB pushed Tom out the door and everyone knows it and the Pats havent been the same since. But that's in the past and now Tom is in Tampa doing his thing. But the time will come where Tampa will feel this pain as well so enjoy the ride Bucs.

I don't think Belichick will be coaching after 2024. He definitely won't be there if he doesn't produce at least a division championship in the next 2 years. Without Tom, his winning percentage is 43%. No coach will keep their job with a percentage record like that.

So many are just sick of him here and how he has treated so many great players and let them go early and screwed up, the list is very long !!!!! I've been Loving watching Brady in Tampa with that Amazing team with many great players and can't wait for this season against many real good team 12+ easy !! Reality was immediate for the local sports guys…Felger & Mazz admitted what a huge blunder it was when Tom was going to another Super Bowl - but without Bill. The passionate Patriot fans haven’t known mediocrity in 20 years. They really didn’t see it at first. Three years down the road, they are feeling it and they don’t see a fix for this, for being Goatless. Some take a shot at Kraft or Bill. Most just remember what it used to feel like, every Sunday with Tom.

I used to respect Kraft but then I got to know him. He was a better person when his wife was alive. Since her death he has embarrassed the club in his tug & rub affair in Florida and then he let the damn goat go. How? Gisele tried to tell him, He ain’t no Johnny F’g Foxboro. I think Kraft is cheap to the core, so for him, if you got away with underpaying Tom for 18 years, why would you stop wanting that some more? I think he thought Brady would say, okay, I want to play, so… I’ll take it.

Belichick was a Classic Case of someone believing he was the hero......when he wasn't. He is, at best a B grade coach. After Bob Craft spent $175,000,000 to enhance the Patriots, and he got lucky at #15 to get a quarterback (who I think will have the best QB career of this draft), Belichick eked out a winning season. The ONLY ONE WITH THE GOAT!! And don't forget the Bills beat the Pats 47-17 in the regular season. Where was Bill and the Defense on that day?????

Kraft threw TB12's reputation into the gutter with deflate=gate and Beli-cheap never got top tier talent. Bruce Ariens sabotaged TB12 by losing his temper and firing AB right before the playoffs after losing Godwin and with a banged up Evans, and a slew of injuries to the rest of the team. That clip was ages ago, before Brady went to Tampa. His numbers weren't great cause he had noone to work with.

Yeah in Boogers defense, others like Jeff Saturday and Jim Rome and Max Kellerman and Nick Wright were saying that Brady was finished and should potentially retire because, for HIS standards, Brady didn't put up stellar numbers in his last season in NE. However, that was because the offense was COMPLETE trash (and he still led them to a top 10 scoring offense). So Booger saying top 15 needs proper context. A few months later Booger was back to calling him the best QB in football. Booger is a real one, trust me.

Edelman is clutch, no doubt, especially in postseason, but his career stats are pedestrian. The guy is a great 3rd down converter, but he doesn't score many TDs or gain much yardage (compared to tier 1 receivers). Brady only had Gronk for half his career and Gronk spends a crazy amount of time injured. But yeah, Gronk is greatness.

1:25 incorrect. TB Buccaneers are the 2nd losingest team. (Cleveland Browns) The old Browns are now the Baltimore Ravens. The new Cleveland Browns franchise has a win pct. well below that of the Buccaneers pre-Tom Brady. Look it up.

Those are average receivers at best. Gronk excepted, they have zero Pro Bowl selections and none of them are HOF caliber. All the great hall of fame QB's had great HOD Wide receivers. Terry Bradshaw-Lynn Swan. Joe Montana-Jerry Rice. Peyton Manning - Reggie Wayne. Troy Aikman - Michael Irvin. Mahomes had Tyreek Hill. For the great majority of his career Brady was winning with mediocre receivers He had Randy Moss for two years and now Mike Evans for two years. He led the league in passing yards and TD's with those guys. If Brady had top quality receivers for most of his career, the way other elite QB's have had, just imagine what his stats would look like.

Brady won 4 out of his 7 rings without a pro bowl or all pro pass catcher. You don't know what you're talking about. And edelman would've been a nobody without Brady (led the NFL IN DROPS because of his small hands 4 times, 4!).

See 2008/2009, team was coming off an undefeated, what happened? Lost his division with Matt Cassell (who went on to take Todd Haley in Kansas City to their first division title in years without Belichick). 😂😂😂😂
