As in most issues I am QUITE the moderate on this one too bahahha. I drink a giant OFF BRAND cheapy insulated cup filled with Brita water from my fridge pitcher NOT a bottle) and I use ONNNNEEE packet with no syrup. It is PLENTY sweet and flavorful and I am a sugar junkie so these people adding all that are COO COO BANANAS. I do not have 40 different fancy cups in my house, I have 2 and they are both under $10.. I don't have any syrups or 50 different flavor packets.... BUT this 'water tok' CAN be a good thing for someone like me. I was having issues hydrating enough and since I started using an insulated cup that keeps my water cold, AND adding a little flavor, it makes me grab for my water more and I drink SO much more water in a day. HOWEVER, there are always people that take everything too far with 50+ different cups they don't need, using single use water bottles to fill them, and then buying and adding TONS off different packets and syrups to each water.
