I wouldn't have a problem with it if it weren't that much water flavoring. Like it seems like that is his only water source. I cant deny adding some flavoring is nice sometimes but usually i have one bottle of flavored water and one bottle of regular st the same time.

The troubled teen industry is horrific, but Anasazi is actually one of the better ones. They are a pure wilderness program, and it is not based on straight up abuse/torture like most. They were featured on a tv reality show, and the infamous Ruby Franke sent her oldest son there. He seemed to like it too, but he had an abusive mother and a psychotic cult leader at home.

I generally approach troubled kids like I approach troubled dogs. There's no bad dogs, only bad owners. Most of the troubled kids are a product of their parents' abuse, neglect, or mismatch between what the parent can currently give and what the child needs. Generally, the child's needs cannot be easily changed and parents are better able to adjust what they can give instead. Parents should try to change their parenting style and/or amount of time they can spend with their child. Usually, troubled kids need their parents to be more involved in their life instead of being shipped off and separated from their family.
