Hey man, love the breakdowns you go through in your videos. I have watched a lot of these videos, Trent & Allie, Wild Wonderful Off-Grid, and they do some breakdowns as well. Maybe to help with content, an onsite building video, and then a follow-up of cost/permit overview for the same video. I know that might be a lot, and it's not me doing it, but I think that might bring in multiple types of people. One who just want to see the building process, and those like myself, who want to see the building processes as well as the behind the scenes planning process as well. Or just do you, and take the stuff above and toss it out the window. Love the video's, keep up the hard work.

Great work Devon! Instead of using a pressure treated sill directly against the concrete you can use sill seal (not sure that is the correct English term, its rolls of 15-20 mm PU insulation anyways ). That way the sill is not in direct contact with water and gets a chance to dry out. I approve of your style reference, greetings from Scandinavia ( Sweden ).

If you do hardi plank again try a jig saw with a cement blade . I learned the lesson the hard way inhaling cement dust when I re sided my last house. The jig saw doesn't kick up any dust.

Nice stuff man! Quick question... how far is your farthest faucet from your pressure tank? Putting my pressure tank about 120 ft from my farthest faucet, but not sure if pressure will hold?

As a general contractor, I cringed alot watching this.... Did you really say you were going to jack up that pump house an inch and a half?? Lololol🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️
