I have two questions Brooke. No. 1: Do you ever let DeeDee just "find" an egg? Seems like it would make her happy. 😄 No. 2: Can Jason put some sort of panel or something over the nest area so the rain, etc. won't be falling right on the nest? You and Jason simply make my day over and over again. You are so empathetic, sympathetic and caring. Such truly good people.

Great update on all the birds Brooke !! Your plan didn’t backfire.. you did give them new materials to build with . Can you not put a piece of tin over the nest to shelter from the rain? It may not be possible, just a thought ! DD is living the life and enjoying it very much . Thank You Brooke, MaryCarl and Jason for always taking care and concern for the animals ! The roses are beautiful and I bet smell fantastic!
