Hey G, I like seeing the struggle before you succeed. You're doing great. Bosses, sail to the area (open ocean) where they're supposed to be and look for small clues. You'll know when you've found one. Take lots of spears, 30 or so, depending on the boss. Potatoes, I believe you can use spoiled ones to make fuel.

well mr generalG what am do is on each island save and go just quit and then look at the cartography map and then you see where you are or witch way to go so maybe idea for you btw like your long stream or video keep it up 👍

Cartography Map will always show you where you are. Pretty sure I told you in Episode 1 about it. :D

Well, I did figure that out. I think what I found most odd or off was that my area was red. I was thinking red was bad so I didn’t at first assume that position was me😂🤪

oh and btw if you hold your meat to the middle where the stick is then you not have to point to the line of the smoker just a tip

I fell off my raft in open sea with the sails up😅😅. It went on without me. Had to go back to last save. SAVE OFTEN😅😅

I never tried shark repellent! I know it takes a lion fish but I never got around to it. I took this run as my practice, next run will be more “professional”😅 thank you for being here 😄

It’s always possible to find your position once you go to the main menu and open cartographer but it’s annoying that you have to do that. Ive been contemplating a Nomadic play-through to avoid having a home base to lose track of! Once you have your bedroll and raft storage boxes you can carry everything you need to make a smoker and water catcher which is pretty much all you need to survive. Btw, your plants should recover in a couple of days if you water them or it rains while you are within the island boundary. You should try planting that spoiled potato, I planted a spoiled fruit and it grew just as well. The biggest weakness of this game as far as keeping viewers interest is concerned is that all the islands are essentially the same. The rescue plan is to download islands made by players, assuming you’re on PC of course, for us miserable console players there is no relief unfortunately!

Oh yes, I’m on Pc! I want to download islands for my next play through! I’d like to have everyone give input on islands, or let me know which one they built or whatever. Soon, soon. On the next playthrough

So I wanne share with you what I usually do when I build a raft, balance is my nmr focus, I have 4 sails, each one facings different directions, forward, backwards and left and right, usually helpful when getting stuck (BOSSES, are not on islands) and my last tip, building like boat docks facings N,E,S,W also helps me keep track of direction when I set sail. Sorry for the long comment xx 🫣
