What blows my mind is the size of this complex everytime you post a video. I wonder 🤔 when the demand will hit a saturation point and the building will slow down. Thank you for the video and your hard work.

I’m beginning to think we’re getting closer. Doesn’t seem like the places are selling as fast. They’re also going to have to figure something out about the Spanish Springs area.

I’m amazed at how immense this place is. With good planning and amenities and commercial areas spread out , traffic and crowd control should be tolerable.

It’s incredible. Even more so put to scale. They do a good job of disbursing the traffic and crowds in my opinion. The surrounding areas do not however, and there is a huge lack of supporting infrastructure.

Hopefully you will update the development progress in Moultrie Creek, Shady Brook, Waters Edge area since your 3 February footage. Looking to buy in the area and it seems like so much happens every 2 weeks.

Good luck with the real estate course. That’s a great choice that can yield many options. You can even do it part time in addition to teaching at first to see if you want to pursue it full time. Study hard!😊
