The previous president of Rwanda who was Hutu,the majority,we all know what tragically happened to him. What followed must never ever happen again in Africa. There's one dominant tribe in Rwanda and it's the minority Tutsi. In a very mature democracy,having a minority as a president is not unusual but in Africa,we still have a long way to go, especially in a country like Rwanda with 2 almost dominant tribes,one much bigger than the other.
