if everything is like something, then.......metaphors are very easy and thusly being the master of metaphors makes you basic af these comedians need to do something else with their time, so that they can have life experience to work with as the "clay" they will "mould" as "artists" mark sounded like a real fucking moron on the last ep of tuesdays with stories, performing for a canadian audience talking about uber - asking for news topics - not having any clue what interest rates had to do with anything. mark, put the mic down, put on the gloves, go do an honest week's worth | you wont understand until you do it, but damn - there's NOTHING FUNNY about SITTING AROUND PONTIFICATING your constant whining is...bitch made and you need to man up. blaming the audience for your ineptitude, pick up a book and do some fucking work. then come back refreshed and reloaded

The 'talking from the other room' peeve resonates so much. That and my partner will just trail off or mumble. I have started to just repeat back to her what I thought I heard (always inaccurate) which prompts her to say her original idea loud and clear. Highly recommend that tactic.
