Dudu tassa These words along with ur voice Runs deep in the souls of those listening and cannot find the words to describe the feelings specially to those Iraqi's that left long ago for a reason or another,only to find themselves somewhere else without a return leaving and losing everything. And despite all that ur Grand father kept it tight to his heart and despite the pain of it all, he kept his last name to be remembered... I can imagine ur G.father singing this one with a very sad heart.. leaving his country behind was NOT that easy the friends and the family. And this takes me down to the road of Injustice.. Only those that left for Good without a return understand what kind of sorrow that was. My father rest in piece spoke always about almaqam and nothing can bring back this Iraqi Baghdadi heritage that vanished with ur grand father and his brother... Rip. All this happened in the name of the religion... it takes a trip to the outside of the comfort zone somewhere were others left before to understand what happened. Religion and race should never stand in between human beings and only those that are weak in their mind with celebrate the Injustice as for ignorance there is No solution. May ur Grand Father, ! the best Iraqi Everton sing live always in our herats Please continue ur voice will always bring tears hit and happiness to know that there should be no frontieres and No boundaries . هذا حفيد داود الكويتي ابن بنته امه ع اقية بنت داود الكويتي ووالده يمني يهودي لكنه تاثر بموسيقى فن جده وعم امه صالح ويؤديها بطريقة محببة وان كانت بصعوبة ﻻنه ادرك قيمتها ..

התלבטתי איזה ביצוע יותר טוב... והבנתי שאין מקום להשוואה. ברגע שאתה או יהודית רביץ מבצעים את זה, זה לא משנה השערות עומדות והמוח הולך למקום אחר. איזה שיר אלוהי, תודה !

Muhannad Sarhan Radiohead has such clear Pink Floyd influences (in my opinion at least), and now Dudu tassa brings the influence of the former giants into this beautiful, breathtaking prayer of a song
