Ladies.... If you're going through menopause and you're suffering. Just hold out. You'll get over it and when you go through that tunnel... There is a light on the other side! I went from SERIOUS fitness buff to barely getting out of bed to getting back on track. Don't give up. I know it can be painful and sad and weak, but it ends if you make it end. Just do a little everyday throughout until you find yourself picking back up and carrying through again!

I am a 71 year old male married to the love of my life who is 48 and not only looks amazing but is amazing. People usually say I look 50. I still work every day and get up at 315 am during the week before work and do an hour on the treadmill, 20 minutes on stationary bike, 250 crunches and then come home and do weights twice a week. By the way treadmill workouts are at 4.2 to 4.5 mph with incline. It’s all a matter of what one is dedicated to and I mostly do all this because I am diabetic and working out not only keeps me I in good physical shape but helps control my sugar levels. It is a sacrifice but I enjoy working out most days although I will say there I days I have to push it. When someone says to me I would workout but don’t have the time I just say ‘no you don’t have the will and dedication’.

@@petespirals Sure, but men can/do literally end their partner’s life at a much higher rate, so it’s a false comparison. HALF of all female homicide victims are murdered by their partner. That is an insane statistic. Not to mention, in cases that don’t end in death, the physical toll is a lot worse by a long shot. Women trapped in abusive marriages are in intense fight/flight/fawn states that are close to death sentences, and since they are often financially dependent due to being child-bearers, this further exacerbates the issue. In an age where everyone wants to be a victim, let’s try to stay logical. Domestic violence perpetrated by men is far more deadly and devastating to families, and often ends in death. We can acknowledge that all kinds of abuse including purely emotional are traumatic to all people, and still acknowledge that Wendy’s transformation is statistically far bigger and more difficult and we should credit her rather than trying to dismiss it with false equivalences.

We are lucky to live in exciting times of information. We know more about our bodies and the proper food that fuels us. exercise is something we do, whether outside of in the house. Today's 60 is not a person of the same age in 1960. I know several women here in Houston, Texas, that look just as good. It makes me so proud of my sisters. ❤❤

I’m 37 looking like 25 😅 Im so proud to find out the supplements and foods she eats are very similar to my routine 😅. Start young and you’ll be amazed. Always keep in mind☝🏾 The main goal is to stay healthy and get old nicely (in terms of illnesses) The youthful look is more a side effect 😅

Thank you for this, I love to see inspirational women keeping their fitness. I am 67 and regularly run 5k three times a week. The leader of our group is 72 and runs half marathons. I also lost three stone since retirement, so glad I did it, the pandemic gave me valuable space for getting it going. I am now at a healthy weight and am working on increasing my run distance. Want to improve my upper body strength now a shoulder injury has healed. I have seen how inactivity has prematurely handicapped and led to early death in loved ones, don't want it to happen to me. I have been fortunate that I didn't inherit arthritis or rheumatism. The family line is full of it. Instead I got the bad eyesight gene but I can still get around . Would hate to be immobile, hoping to avoid that. Attitudes to old age have changed for the better. Come on folks! Keep moving!!

Hello Wendy, I just ran across your KZfaq page, and it is something that I definitely needed to see. I used to work out, then I ended up with arthritis in both my knees, but it's much worse in my right leg. I used to love walking as my exercise and sometimes riding my stationary bike, but now there is a possibility that I may need knee surgery. I told my doctor that I need this problem fixed because I am tired of coming back to and from his office for the same thing and I need my quality of life to be 100% now. Walking is something that I want so much to get back to, it kept me in shape, and I stayed active. Now that I am an empty nester, going through menopause, alone due to the fact I lost my husband in 2015 I just want my life back. I am now 65 years young, and I don't feel like it, but the pain in my knees say otherwise. I am going to definitely get your book and also, I started changing the way I eat a few years ago, but without my walking routine it's like my weight goes up and down and I am tired of that as well. I am sure that I will gain a lot of important knowledge from your book, and I will continue to follow your here as well. I enjoyed your video, Wendy!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

@@tmc1373 You can do coconut or ozonated oil pulling. This will ward of dental disease, create a healthier environment in the mouth, get rid of bad bacteria, pathogens and other bad stuff while exercising the facial muscles. You can do that for 20 minutes 1-2 times a day. Just be sure to spit out the oil into a bin when done. You can also use subliminal audio to recreate your mindset and beliefs to age slower and even get younger. Over time your subconscious picks up all kinds of faulty beliefs that it follows. I told my subconscious that the color is returning to my hair....it just does as it's told and now my gray hair is reversing every day. I use software called Mindzoom to create it but you can also use freeware.

@@mreverybody1150 WOW!! That is absolutely amazing!! Good for you. I'm definitely going to start oil pulling and using the subliminal audio to stop the wrinkles. I'm going to google mind zoom now! Thanks so much!!

@@tmc1373 Note it took about 16 days of listening before the gray hairs started to reverse, and 6 months later it's still reversing. The affirmations override lack of belief so if you already believe it's possible, it may happen quicker. The powerful thing is that it works regardless of whether you believe it will or not. The only variable is in how long it will take to work!

I am a runner, & race up to Half Marathon distance, I am just 69, & my next Half will be in May, I still often get placed in my class too. I am just not ready to start acting my age!! I love so many of the comments on this video, it's wonderful that so many other people are living under their years too!! Thank you for this video, I really enjoyed it.

Ms Ida is just so inspiring on so many levels. Especially that she could eventually more forward in such a incredibly positive way…with two children after the long term trauma and abuse she suffered in her first marriage……Just awful being that trapped she could not escape…for a decade. What an inspiring woman inspiring others to be healthy and the best version of themselves!❤❤

She's beautiful and in excellent shape. She looks good! Age is just a number. It's how we take care or not take care of ourselves. She doesn't look 50 yet alone 70. I just turned 60 and feel like crap. I hope to change my life and mindset so I can get healthy. I let myself go with stress and other things that rob us of living a healthy lifestyle. Seeing someone like her encourages me that there is still hope for me yet.

It doesn’t make her any less amazing (and I think we will see more and more people like her in years to come) but there is also a very inspiring fitness instructor in her 90s in Japan. I have no doubt more and more people will live far long and look far younger. Cher looks as wonderful in her 70s as she did in the seventies in Mamma Mia 2. Jennifer Lopez too is made beautiful by her beautiful thoughts. All these women and more are very inspiring to me. ✨🧘‍♀️♾💖🌸🦋✨
