I have been in pain for low back. About 30years off and on have been told DDD and stenosis. Last 3years have been pretty bad used to run, walk, strength training can't do much of anything now even gardening and housework hurt.

If this info is accurate, I need to check into it. Have been told in 2016 I needed 2-level cervical fusion and 1-2 level lumbar fusiion surgery. I wouldn't do it then, but can't put it off any longer due to burning arms, hands, back. I'm so worried about fusion or even ADR. I'm 69 with good dense bones and good health otherwise. The story you give here sounds almost too good to be true...
