@Kuchishima just because you are friends does not mean your ego might stop you from learning because you are too proud. Another good example of not having an ego and learning is Miku in Band Maid asking Kanami to teach her how to play the guitar. Kanami is a world class guitarist, so Miku has not only learned but excelled. But, the point is that Miku humbled herself and asked to be taught. Not everyone is strong/secure enough to do that.

Wendy had to have had some excellent speech teachers. She gives great examples with familiar word as references. Her positive reinforcement is the key setting the lesson learned. Someday she may become the language/voice producer for SM. 💙👸🏻💙

I agree. I mean, not to sound rude but sometimes, when an English word is being sang in a song (especially here in kpop), it's like unrecognizable. There's this one song I've heard in past and i was like, "ow, i never knew that line's English"

Yes! For example, I love Taemin's 'Idea' song but the way the word was pronounced as ee-deh-ya kinda turned me off. SM should exert extra effort to make sure the English words in their songs are properly pronounced.

When we say bada ➡️ Ningning Taeyeon ➡️ Wendy This is what we mean.... like Wendy actually reflects that aura and the voice though they're really the vocal dominantors of kpop after ailee. Now I know why the english parts of the members (aside wendy ofc) has fluent pronunciation of english. Just to say, I have nothing against Korean accent in english, but sometimes, when put into songs, its almost unrecognizable, especially when groups are aiming for international audiences.
