There are 2 groups of people. First one will say sattu is all you need and protein is useless and the other one will say protein is best sattu is useless . Personally I don't take sattu as a drink because I am in a cutting season but it's very useful for other healthy recipes.

According to PDCAAS chart, digestiblity of protine present in milk/whey is among the highest . I don't think sattu will have such efficient quality of protein. Please refer to this chart whenever you are availing to protine content in foods sources. Sir please make a video about this topic where you explain / rank food sources

I have recently become naturaltein customer and currently using the whey protein isolate and BCAA .. loving both the products .. they are fantastic.. purposely I am keeping myself out of caffeine as long as possible for pre workout …. I hit gym at 5:30 am in the morning and consume the BCAA and few dates and soaked almonds only

😇😇😇Ha Bhai Mai karta tha 6 hours workout( 3 hours gym and 3 hours running and 1000 pushup/ situps) total 6 hours without whey,danabol tablet etc.. ..only on natural food. But the rest between reps were over 5 minutes. And I managed to reduce from 90 kg to 74 kgs in 2.5 months.....but as I stopped gym after a year it was back to normal 😭😭😭😭.

Abe bhai par calories bhi toh badh rahi h, utna burn bhi toh karna padega, din ka 1L dudh peena sabke liye convenient nhi, specially unke liye jo log cut kar rahe hai.... Aise bhai tu din ka 20 katori dal pee kar bhi protein cover kar sakta par fats and carbs bhi toh aayenge, and baht kam logo ki diet itni zyada hoti h ki wo 1 L dudh peeye fir aur meals bhi khaaye... Get some education bruv. This dude explained everything perfectly... The truth is, aisi diet se strength bhale hi aa jaaye but you would never have a light and aesthetic physique. Study about cutting and caloric deficit.

I used to drink sattu but switch to a brown rice+pea protein isolate protein powder. It gives about 24 grams of protein per scoop with only 110 calories. It works great when i want to boost up the protein content my body needs in a calorie deficit. Moreover, its vegan so i don't get any side effects some people face during whey consumption since whey is made from milk.

Hello Akshay Sir, I bought whey isolate cafe mocha flavour from naturaltien website. After shaking its forming a lot of foam and it also forms a lot of lumps. Is it okay ? Or is the package getting manipulated while transportation. Earlier I use to take concentrate from naturaltien itself but it’s mix-ability was great. Don’t know if that’s the case in whey Isolate.
