Wesely Willis was doing similar things to a lot of Metal and Punk Bands at the same time even though its kinda New Wave in basis and obviously wasn't completely there. The Real Reason there were Skinheads at Wesely Wilis Shows or that Avril Laveigne hyped him up was that he was part of a dying punk spirit.

I'm sure he did meet Morbid Angel,and I'm sure that Morbid Angel were proud to meet him.
