I'm with you when it comes to roots. I live in Columbus area and ride chestnut ridge and alum creek alot. The roots on those trails really kill the flow.

I've been meaning to give these trails a try. They look like they're worth the hour drive. If you haven't already a trip down to the Baileys in Athens, Ohio is a great way to spend a day or two in the woods.

I have only been to Baileys once. Need to head back down soon. Definitely go to West Branch! It's worth it
