I went to Greymouth High school in the late 1980s, nice place i lived in this region 16 years, Another interesting region is Reefton, was the first place in NZ to get Electricity going August 1888

Isn't that where the mining disaster occurred ....the ol ' mayor at the time I remember was on the nightly news just about every night keeping everyone up to date .....
