I lived in that neighborhood from around 2012 til 2019. My landlord priced me out aggressively over that time. We've got to come up with a way for the taxes to be fair and responsive to actual incomes rather than supposition.

Trinity Groves is really an awesome place. Dallas needs more high end luxury apartments and as much of it as possible & as soon as possible.

Yea, I like the Trinity Groves, too. But what is happen in West Dallas has gotten WAY Outta Hand.. Rasing property values to get rid of a Neighborhood that is a COMMUNITY itself, is WRONG of Dallas City Councilmen & Women who have lied over & over to all the residents there.
