🥾 I realised it's only about 7 weeks until I hike the West Highland Way and it's probably time to do some more focused training!
In today's hiking vlog I chat about how I (think!) I might get started - but I definitely recommend swapping out some of your regular 'motorised journeys' to walking. In this one, I'm walking over to a friend's instead of getting the train - a nice easy start.
